I had the opportunity of working with Marc Arnecke on the Lake Turkana Wind Farm in Kenya. Marc is dedicated, committed, motivated, an extremely hard worker who constantly delivers a quality product on time and performs well under pressure. It was a pleasure and an honour to work with Marc and I hope that we have the opportunity to work together in the near future.
I had the privilege to work with Marc on the largest wind farm in East Africa to construct and erect 365 wind turbines for power generation to the Kenya national grid. Marc’s responsibility as Project Manager was critical for the completion of the civil bases for the turbines and allowing completion as per project baseline schedule. Marc’s outstanding skills, knowledge and ability to work in such a remote area proof to be exceptional. The bases was completed successfully as per schedule resulting in a smooth erecting program for the turbines. I therefore would recommend Marc for large projects, as he has proven to be a good leader and manager.
